男性店主様は25歳と若い！聞けば、豊橋の某有名精肉屋さんと仲良くしていて、そこから最高の鮮度で仕入れているとか。やっぱり東三河は精肉屋さんが多いからね(笑)

他にもヤバい美味しさだったのが冷麺！先ず、麺もスープもキンキンに冷たい。冷麺だから当たり前のことだけど大事なポイント。麺はやや太めの縮れ系。スープの出汁は甘みとコクがあってメチャクチャ美味しい！
